Souprava Intercept® (PBS) Blocking Buffer and Diluent představuje praktickou kombinaci blokovacího pufru a diluentu protilátek. Kit je vhodný pro použití se zobrazovacími systémy Odyssey® a reagencie jsou optimalizovány pro použití s infračervenými barvivovými činidly IRDye® a dalšími fluorofory v blízké infračervené oblasti. 

Kit obsahuje:

  • Intercept (PBS) Blocking Buffer, 1 x 500 mL
  • Intercept T20 (PBS) Antibody Diluent, 2 x 500 mL

Aplikace: kvantitativní Western blot, chemiluminiscenční Western blot, In-Cell Western™ Assay, In-Gel Western, protein array, detekce glykoproteinu
